Tell me about Lantana RV Village
We opened in May of 2022 and is primarily an extended stay RV park, located in Argyle, Texas.  We have 150 sites located on approximately 25 acres. We have tiered pricing for our sites; depending upon site location and number of spaces available for parking. Daily sites are also available.

Is a deposit required for monthly or extended stays?
A $300 deposit and $20/person background check for everyone over the age of 18 is required for monthly stays. No rigs over 10 years old.

Do you have an age limit on the rigs you accept at the Village?
Yes, Rigs must be 10 years old or less, unless approved by management. For a waiver, submit pictures of all four sides of your rig to stay@lantanarvvillage.com. Rigs must be free from rust, decals in good condition and paint must not be faded or peeling.

What is required to reserve an extended stay reservation?
$300 deposit is held as an electric deposit that is returned when you depart. All guests over the age of 18 must complete a background check. Cost is $20/person. Background checks must be completed prior to arrival.

Other requirements for extended stay guests?
There is a two guest limit per site.

Do you accept tiny homes, park models, horse trailers or mobile homes?
No, not at this time. We accept Class A, C, Travel Trailers, and 5th Wheels.
